Estate Community Care
Estate Community Care is dedicated to supporting individuals living with neurological disabilities, including conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, and other complex health needs. Providing complex care services such as wound management, bowel care, and continence management to address more intricate healthcare needs.
Continence Assessments & Reports
Assisting with continence assessments and preparing documentation for funding reviews to support initial applications or ongoing NDIS support.
Staffing for Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Supplying experienced and dedicated support workers for participants in SIL and SDA environments, ensuring high-quality care in the home.
